In this multi unit development 3 blocks of land were amalgamated to create one large block, taking advantage of 2 street corners, resulting in 11 units all with street frontage.
3 designs were used over the 11 units to produce a rhythm and flow over the development and to simplify the design, costing and construction process.
Undercroft garages to the 7 middle townhouses took advantage of the slope of the site, minimized site works, allowed views to the adjacent parkland and formed an abundance of parking.
By incorporating 4 large 2 story townhouses with smaller middle townhouses it maximized the return on investment as the site appealed to different buyers.
Designed to be functional and cost effective for the suburban area whilst still exuding appeal and class. The style and functionality was also reflected in the fixtures and fittings. The kitchens were planned with large island benches to create more entertaining and family space. With quality appliances such as Delonghi ovens and stove tops and reverse cycle air-conditioning and extra features including a bath and shower in each bathroom to compliment the class and style of design.
The design allowed for open plan living throughout the entertaining areas whilst still providing privacy and personal space.
