WA Housing Leading The National Recovery

Harley Dale Chief Economist at HIA National advised looking ahead over 2010, the prospects for the residential sector in Western Australia appear healthy, a theme we can thankfully carry on from our late 2009 update. "The future looks bright with housing starts forecast to grow by 10 per cent in 2009/10 to a level of 20,110, and this forecast currently looks conservative."
