Kevin Ledger
Director
Kevin loves helping clients make the most prosperous decisions for their projects. He has extensive knowledge within the building industry ranging from the value of property within the market place to knowing the current real estate trends. Starting out as an apprentice carpenter, Kevin attained his registered builder license in 1988. He has managed hundreds or major projects from residential and high rise apartments to commercial construction.
Stephen Burns
Director
Stephen heads our estimating department and is passionate about making sure clients receive attention to detail and competitive pricing. Initially a carpenter, Stephen became a registered builder in 1988 and has expert knowledge of the local building market. His vast experience in building residential homes, home improvements and commercial construction enables him to source quality products and the best tradesmen and contractors available.

We can offer you the services of our in house building designer who will take your passion, vision, style and requirements and design a home or development tailored to fit your lifestyle whilst complimenting your budget. Alternatively if you have already had plans designed and have the copyright to these plans we will be happy to make sure they again fully suit your requirements and provide you with a competitive quote.

Architectural Draftsperson
Produces quality plans designed by our architect, Nicole. Ensures plans are drafted and modified according to your individual requirements, standard building practices and local council regulations. Well drafted plans lay the foundation for a smooth and successful project.
Michael Reed
Estimator
Prepares accurate costings on your project. Working off your individual plans and specifications, Michael's attention to detail and analytical skills mean you get the most competitive quote and a price you can depend on.
Lindsay Cruise
Accountant
Ensures that all insurances, council fees, progress payments etc are received and or paid ontime to keep the project running without any delays.
Renelle Fox
Pre Start Consultant/Interior Design
Working with your vision, our qualified consultant will use her eye for detail and her knowledge of current market trends to help you make informed decisions in all areas of the project from the bricks and roofing externally to the paint, tiles and bench tops internally. We pride ourselves on taking our time to make sure you can visualise these decisions and by utilising our experience and wisdom that this will be an enjoyable experience for you.

Integrity offer a guaranteed maintenance period of six months after construction. Leon will work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your property. Many years experience as a maintenance handy man provide assurance that any issues are repaired to the highest standard.
