Probably the best start is to contact us and get us involved as early as possible. We can help you work through the issues and decisions such as:

• How many dwellings should I build?
• Should I build a single storey or double storey?
• What am I going to do with them afterwards – dwell, sell or rent?
• How much will it cost?
• How long will it take?
• What sort of return can I expect?
